Goals and Mission Statement

“LTlov identifies local needs, inspires community involvement, and distributes contributions through projects that assist and empower families in the Lake Travis area.”

LTlov seeks to answer 7 critical questions when making funding decisions:

• Does this funding opportunity provide education and create opportunity?
• Does this funding opportunity have a well-defined purpose and a measurable need?
• Does this funding opportunity impact the greater Lake Travis area?
• Does this funding opportunity impact mainly women and their families without excluding families with male head of households?
• Does this funding oportunity have a far-reaching and/or a future-reaching impact on the greater Lake Travis community?
• Does this funding opportunity have a completed funding application on file?

 

LTlov had the privilege of funding a grant to the Lake Travis Independent School District that was used to outfit the new infant care facility housed in the high school. It's purpose is to provide quality care on-campus, to infants of current students in order to facilitate the critical goal of graduation from high school.
